Abstract

The Benthic marine ecosystems in Great Britain: a review of current knowledge reports are part of a series which will form the basis of an MNCR theme report, identifying key sources of information and reviewing our current knowledge of benthic marine ecosystems in Great Britain. References used in the text are listed after each coastal sector description. Additional references are held on the MNCR database covering not only further information on marine life but also water movements, water quality and pollution. This reference collection is continually being supplemented with new reports and papers.
