Elizabeth Amartey - Director of People, IT and Operational Services

The main responsibilities of the post are to:

• Direct and Lead the People, IT and Operational Services teams to ensure alignment with the Together for Nature Strategy, Science Strategy and Digital Strategy.
  
  
• Act as the organisation’s senior HR adviser, providing strategic advice and appropriate challenge to the Executive Committee. Senior Leadership Team and Committees on People, IT and Operational Services.
  
  
• Lead the development and implementation of a People Strategy and Engagement Action plan, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture, supported by effective workforce planning, organisational design and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Hold accountability for HR strategy, policy and service delivery, alongside key operational functions including IT, Office Services, Wellbeing and Health and Safety that underpin the employee experience.
